To continue our bridge theme for 2019, let's return Cathedral Park and the St Johns Bridge. There is also the Jazz Festival in the afternoon if you want to claim a spot early and stay  https://www.jazzoregon.com/festival

This area is easily reached by MAX and bus.  Street parking may be hard to find, so we recommend using public transit.
