My Own Little Sketch Crawl

As I so often have work on the days everyone is off having fun, sketching up the town, I have to make up my own little sketchy days. This past Monday was one such day. Just a couple of landscape sketches from the day and one little sketch I did today while I was waiting for the oil to be changed in my car. Hope to see you all soon!

    Hurray for you, having your own private sketch crawl. I especially like the top landscape--the lovely greens, the blossoms, and that great sky. Do you choose your service centers by the view?

    Love the view from between the hills. You have achieved a real sense of the distance. And in all three your colors saturation is wonderful.

    Thanks Deb and Vicky. I was really trying hard to get a sense of that distance, it's something I struggle with. I wish I had a better view at that service center. I was in a box in a back room, but the popcorn machine was a willing subject.
