Powells Books
Sitting outside of Powell's Books in the sun yesterday was quite lovely.
When I moved to the shade to get more dramatic angles of the sun, it was suddenly very cold!
I ended up back inside, sketching other sketchers sketching up on the top floor.

Katura...love your use of white on the toned paper. It really makes the drawings pop! And the portrait of Linda is wonderful. I seem to recall something of this sensitivity in some of the portraits you did at Alanna and Tads wedding??? Sorry I missed this wonderful sketching gathering.
